  • Yes. Mercure provides secure virtual consultations for both initial and follow-up visits. This allows you to receive personalized care and expert guidance from anywhere, with the same privacy and precision as an in-person experience.

  • Your first visit is a deep dive into your health story. We’ll discuss your current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals while reviewing potential lab work or prior results. From there, we build a personalized plan that integrates regenerative medicine, functional health strategies, and aesthetics—designed uniquely for you.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This ensures time and attention for every patient. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

  • Mercure operates as a concierge-style clinic to provide highly individualized, relationship-centered care. We do not bill insurance directly, but patients may use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services.
