  • The first three months are when your dose is titrated, your body is adjusting, and your labs tell us what's working. The membership keeps a provider — not just a platform — in your corner through that process. It also covers your follow-up labs, which would otherwise be billed separately.

  • Insurance coverage for GLP-1s — especially for weight loss — is inconsistent and slow. Prior authorizations can take months and are often denied on the first attempt. We keep pricing transparent and care immediate. Many patients find our all-in cost comparable to or less than insured options once copays, denied claims, and missing labs are added up.

  • Yes — when sourced from a PCAB-accredited or FDA 503B-registered compounding pharmacy, which is exactly what we use. Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide contain the same active pharmaceutical ingredient at the same doses as their brand-name counterparts. The difference is format and cost, not efficacy.

  • You continue month-to-month at $99/month. No long-term contract. Most patients stay on GLP-1 therapy for 6–12 months to see meaningful, sustained results — your membership keeps that care continuous and connected.
